Cheese
Our Sunday dinner was based on cheese. For appetizer I made Salmon and Spinach Terrine - a new recipe from a cookbook I got from the Malahide library: fresh salmon, spinach and cream cheese on layers. Quite easy to make except trying to keep the fresh spinach leaves in shape:
